What is the total capacity of the accommodation?
The total capacity of the property is up to 24 guests. Apartment Zvonek offers 7 beds, Apartment Kopretina has 11 beds, and during the summer season the attic can be used for an additional 4 to 6 sleeping places.
Is it possible to rent the entire property?
Yes, Holiday House Malá Skála can be rented as a whole. It is ideal for large families, groups of friends, weekend stays, or family celebrations.
What apartments are available in the property?
There are two separate apartments. Apartment Zvonek is located on the ground floor with a capacity of 7 guests. Apartment Kopretina is on the first floor, accommodates 11 guests, and in summer the attic can be used for additional sleeping space.
Is the attic suitable for accommodation all year round?
No. The attic is not heated, so it is only suitable from May to September. It cannot be used as a bedroom during winter.
Is the accommodation suitable for children?
Yes, it is ideal for families with children. There is a garden, swing, sandbox, and in summer also a spacious attic that can serve as a play area.
What kitchen facilities are available?
Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens with a fridge, kettle, microwave, stove, and coffee machine. Cookware and basic kitchen equipment are included. The kitchen in Apartment Zvonek also features a dishwasher and washing machine.
How many bathrooms are in the property?
Apartment Zvonek has 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet. Apartment Kopretina has 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets.
Is there outdoor seating and a barbecue?
Yes, the garden includes a covered pergola with a barbecue and enough outdoor furniture for up to 25 guests.
Is parking available at the property?
Yes, parking is available directly at the house on a private designated area for up to 5 cars.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed upon prior arrangement.
